Arkansas Marriage License Records Search Tips


Marriage license records are available for public request. In order to locate these records, you must have the names of the parties involved and the county in which the marriage took place. It is very important to have the all of the necessary information available when requesting the documents.

Some of these items may include:
• The names of all parties at the time the case was filed
• The case number (If you have it, this will be very helpful)
• Certified copies of your ID
• The county where the ceremony took place and year
• An SASE (self-addressed stamped envelope) if you wish the items sent to you. Depending on where you order the records from, this may not apply.
• Day-time phone number for if you wish someone to contact you back

Always bring your ID (or a certified copy of your ID) and a certified signature with you. All certificates can be requested by:
